My name is Damaris Reyes. I was born in Brooklyn, New York but at 3 years of age I went to live in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico where I grew up and was raised. I acquired my certification to work as a Teacher Assistant in 2007.
After the devastating passage of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, I decided to relocate to Texas with my family and since December 2017, Texas has become my home. I have 2 beautiful children. In my free time I love being with my family. I also have loved writing stories from a young age.
